Day 1

AHMEDABAD TO LITTLE RANN OF KUTCH

Arrive at Ahmedabad airport, after collecting your baggage you will meet and will be greeted by our
representative who will be with us throughout the tour, from airport we will proceed towards Little Rann of
Kutch. Where we will visit some of the most important tourist attraction
WHITE SALT DESERT is a salt marshy land in the Thar Desert in the Kutch district of western Gujarat.
Check in to the resort. Stay overnight at Little Rann of Kutch.

Day 2

LITTLE RANN OF KUTCH - DHOLAVIRA

fter breakfast proceed for morning Safari at Wild Ass Sanctuary.
WILD ASIATIC ASS SANCTUARY - Located in the Little Rann of Kutch, Indian Wild Ass Sanctuary is one of its
kind. It is the only place where the Indian Wild Ass or Ghudkar still inhabit. The sanctuary is also the home of
32 mammal species and is an important breeding site for birds. Unlike most of the wildlife sanctuaries in India,
this reserve is a desert with parched grasslands that are just right for the animals who reside here. The
grassland is said to feed atleast 2100 animals. It can be an out of box experience for wildlife lovers, as this
sanctuary differs in several aspects like landscape, flora, and fauna for that matter. Later come back to
resort have breakfast and check out.

Day 3

DHOLAVIRA

After Breakfast, visit Dholavira and Kutch Wildlife Santuary.
DHOLAVIRA This site is considered as the slice of the Indus Valley Civilization/Harappan Civilazation. The ruins
throw light on the culture of Harappa and reveal their excellent knowledge of planning and constructing a
sound infrastructure. One can find the evidences of well-built harvesting system, network of tanks and
sewage system. The ruins here are divided into three zones: the citadel (where the rulers or high officials
inhabited), the middle city and the lower city. One remarkably interesting find here is an inscription with 10
large signs, which is estimated to be one of the first evidences of a written language. A small museum
located at the entrance of the site houses artifacts that reflect the lifestyle during the Indus Valley Civilisation.
One can also see the progression from mud and basic tools to iron and copper implements, gold jewellery
and cooking vessels.
KUTCH WILDLIFE SANCTUARY is situated in the Great Rann of Kutch, Kutch district, Gujarat, India, it was
declared a sanctuary in February 1986. It is the largest Wildlife Sanctuary in India area wise. The sanctuary
supports wide variety of water birds and mammalian wildlife. It encompasses a true saline desert where
thousands of greater flamingo nest in the world-famous ‘Flamingo City’.
Back to hotel and stay overnight in Dholavira.

Day 4

DHOLAVIRA - JAMNAGAR

After breakfast check out from our resort and proceed towards Jamnagar, En route we will cover Khijadiya
bird sanctuary is located in Jamnagar district of Gujarat, India. About 300 species of migratory birds have
been recorded here, The sanctuary is unique having both fresh water lakes, salt and freshwater marshlands.
It is spread over an area of 6.05 km2. Check in to the hotel. Overnight stay.

JAMNAGAR TO BHAVNAGAR (EN ROUTE NARARA MARINE NATIONAL PARK & VELAVADAR BLACK BUCK NATIONAL PARK)

After breakfast check out from our resort and proceed towards Narara Marine National Park in the Gulf of
Kutch is situated on the southern shore of the Gulf of Kutch. In 1980, an area of
270 km2 from Okha to Jodiya was declared Marine Sanctuary. Later, in 1982, a core area of 110 km2 was
declared Marine National Park under the provisions of the Wildlife (protection) Act, 1972 of India. There are
42 islands on the Jamnagar coast in the Marine National Park, most of them surrounded by reefs.
Later proceed to visit Velavadar Black National Park is a national park in India located at Velavadar in
the Bhavnagar District of Gujarat state, India. Established in 1976 in the Bhal region of Saurashtra, the park
is located around 42 km from the district headquarters city of Bhavnagar. Hugging the coasts of the Gulf of
Khambhat on the south, it is spread over an area of 34.08 km2, which was primarily a "vidi" (grassland) of
the maharaja of the princely state of Bhavnagar for hunting the blackbucks with his famous
hunting cheetahs

Day 6

BHAVNAGAR TO AHMEDABAD (NAL SAROVAR AND LOTHAL)

After breakfast check out from hotel and later will proceed lothal one of the southernmost cities of the
ancient Indus Valley Civilization, located in the Bhāl region of the modern state of Gujarāt. Construction of
the city began around 2200 BCE. Discovered in 1954, Lothal was excavated from 13 February 1955 to 19
May 1960 by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), the official Indian government agency for the
preservation of ancient monuments. According to the ASI, Lothal had the world's earliest known dock, which
connected the city to an ancient course of the Sabarmati river on the trade route between Harappan cities
in Sindh and the peninsula of Saurashtra when the surrounding Kutch desert of today was a part of
the Arabian Sea.
Nal Sarovar Bird Sanctuary, consisting primarily of a 120.82-square-kilometre (46.65 sq mi) lake and
ambient marshes, is situated about 64 km to the west of Ahmedabad near Sanand Village, in
the Gujarat state of India. Mainly inhabited by migratory birds in winter and spring, it is the
largest wetland bird sanctuary in Gujarat, and one of the largest in India. It was declared a bird sanctuary
in April 1969.

AHMEDABAD TO VADODARA (EN ROUTE CHAMPANER & PAVAGADH)

After breakfast, proceed towards Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage
Site, is located in Panchmahal district in Gujarat, India. It is located around the historical city of Champaner,
a city which was founded by Vanraj Chavda, the most prominent king of the Chavda Dynasty, in the 8th
century.
Later we will proceed towards Vadodra city another most important city of the region. In Vadodara we will
cover few must visit tourist attraction of the region. Back to Ahmedabad
Overnight stay.

Day 8

AHMEDABAD

After breakfast we will check out from hotel and proceed towards. The Modhera Sun Temple is a Hindu
temple dedicated to the solar deity Surya located at Modhera, It is situated on the bank of the river
Pushpavati. It was built after 1026-27 CE during the reign of Bhima I of the Chaulukya dynasty. No worship is
offered now and is protected monument maintained by Archaeological Survey of India. The temple
complex has three components: Gudhamandapa, the shrine hall; Sabhamandapa, the assembly hall
and Kunda, the reservoir. The halls have intricately carved exterior and pillars. The reservoir has steps to reach
the bottom and numerous small shrines.
Rani ki Vav or Ranki vav (lit. 'Queen’s stepwell') is a stepwell situated in the town of Patan in Gujarat state
of India. It is located on the banks of Saraswati river. Its construction is attributed to Udayamati, daughter
of Khengara of Saurashtra, queen and spouse of the 11th-century Chaulukya king Bhima I. Silted over, it was
rediscovered in 1940s and restored in 1980s by the Archaeological Survey of India. It has been listed as one
of the UNESCO's World Heritage Sites since 2014. he finest and one of the largest examples of its kind and
designed as an inverted temple highlighting the sanctity of water, the stepwell is divided into seven levels of
stairs with sculptural panels; more than 500 principal sculptures of Bhagwan Vishnu and over 1000 minor ones
combine religious and Legendary imagery.
Panchasara Temple is one of the largest temple in Patan. The temple is dedicated to Shwetambar sect
of Jainism. It is the most prominent ruler of the Chavda dynasty established the territory of Patan in 746
CE and built the Panchasara, Parshwanath temple with main idol of Parshvanatha brought
from Panchasar village.
Later back to Ahmedabad. Overnight stay.

Day 9

AHMEDABAD TO KOLKATA

After breakfast, check out from hotel and we will proceed to visit some of the of the iconic places of
Ahmedabad which includes Sabarmati museum, Sidi sayyed mosque, Huthesing jain temple, Kankaria lake
and drop at Ahmedabad airport.

like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be
applicable (subject to availability of seats for the given dates & ticket validity) which will be advised to you by
your sales staff / travel agent.

➢ Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 4

TIPS
➢ Paying tips is not mandatory by the guest nor anyone from Orgoto tours can ask for it, but if anybody still
wants to pay its up to them.

➢ For domestic tours we don’t provide medical insurance.

➢ Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour. Orgoto tours will not be liable for any
loss of belongings / baggage.
➢ The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 3rd December 2022. Any further increase in the
airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the
airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Orgoto tours will not be held responsible for the same.
➢ Passengers missing flights to note that the entire ticket gets no show and new return ticket needs to be
bought by the passengers themselves
➢ Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
➢ Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers.
Orgoto tours will not be liable for the same.
➢ Disabled clients should carry their own wheelchair and should be accompanied by a qualified companion
who is able to aid the disabled client.
➢ Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.
➢ Guests need to carry one check in bag and one handbag per person due to limited boot space in the
coach/vehicle.
➢ The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury,
accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather
conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be
borne by the passengers.
➢ The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in
schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship, or other services.
➢ Generally, you will have to walk at sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a
long distance; however, the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry good
pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to
the monuments as possible.
➢ We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
➢ For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will
remain the same.
➢ There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour
